These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pik4d platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and customer support features. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
pik4d is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager. Mandatory age verification is conducted at account activation and may be repeated at any time.
All deposits and withdrawals on pik4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No currency conversion applies.
All bonuses and promotions on pik4d are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. Full bonus terms are disclosed at the point of opt-in. Abuse of bonus structures may result in account suspension.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one pik4d account. Duplicate accounts — whether in the same name, the same household, the same device, or the same IP address — are prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
pik4d employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any use of bots, automated betting software, arbitrage strategies that exploit system errors, or collusion between players is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pik4d operates internationally. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that governing jurisdiction.

Access to and use of the pik4d Platform, including the creation of an Account and the placement of any Wager, is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:
To register a pik4d Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. pik4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence — including a government-issued identity card (KTP or equivalent) and a recent utility bill or bank statement — to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time.
Each individual may hold only one pik4d Account. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same name, using different email addresses, different devices, or different payment methods, is strictly prohibited. pik4d's fraud detection systems actively monitor for duplicate account activity. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, pik4d reserves the right to close all related Accounts and permanently forfeit any Balances and Bonus Funds held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. pik4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify pik4d's 24/7 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. pik4d is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
You may request the permanent closure of your pik4d Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your last verified withdrawal method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Bonus Funds are not transferable or withdrawable and will be forfeited upon account closure.
pik4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that pik4d determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and has been verified under the KYC process. pik4d does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from an account not matching the Account holder's verified identity may be returned, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals are available only to Account holders who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account name used for deposits unless an alternative has been verified through the KYC process. pik4d targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 to 30 minutes for verified Accounts during Indonesian banking hours (WIB, Monday to Friday). Processing times may be longer during national public holidays. pik4d does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction on the Platform. These limits may be adjusted by pik4d at any time with notice posted on the Platform. Players with enhanced Account status may be eligible for higher limits subject to additional verification.
pik4d is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities. pik4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks, request source-of-funds documentation, delay or withhold withdrawals, and report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. The minimum transaction required to trigger an automatic enhanced review is set at pik4d's internal compliance thresholds, which are not publicly disclosed.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and tournament prize credits offered by pik4d are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published at the point of opt-in for each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds issued by pik4d are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x") applied to the Bonus Funds amount or, in some promotions, to the sum of the deposit and Bonus Funds amount. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any derived winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable real-money Balance. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period for each promotion are published at the point of opt-in.
pik4d actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting promotions through low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; creating duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; using bonus funds primarily on games excluded from wagering contribution; and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is detected, pik4d reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, adjust the Account Balance accordingly, and suspend or permanently close the Account.
Promotions are available to eligible Account holders as specified in the individual promotion terms. pik4d reserves the right to exclude any Account from any promotion at its discretion, including where that Account has previously been flagged for bonus abuse, where the Account is subject to a cooling-off period, or where the Account does not meet the deposit history requirements for the relevant promotion.
pik4d offers seasonal promotions coinciding with significant Indonesian and international events, including but not limited to Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and major sporting tournaments such as the BRI Liga 1 season, the AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and the FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign of Timnas Indonesia. Seasonal promotion terms are published separately and are subject to these general Terms.

RNG certification is provided by independent testing laboratories. pik4d publishes the theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title, which represents the long-run percentage of total wagers returned to players as winnings. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system outage affecting the outcome of a Wager, pik4d reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the stake to the Player's Balance. pik4d is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. pik4d's total aggregate liability to you arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pik4d collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pik4d applies TLS 1.3 encryption to all data transmissions between your device and the Platform. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage and are never stored in plain text. pik4d does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies where pik4d is legally required to do so.

pik4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — for example, a change to eligibility requirements, fee structures, withdrawal conditions, or bonus wagering requirements — pik4d will provide not less than 14 days' advance notice by publishing the amended Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment. pik4d will return your real-money Balance in full in such circumstances.
The date shown in the "Last Updated" field in the hero section of this page reflects the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms always supersedes all prior versions.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pik4d holds its international operating license.
In the event of a dispute between you and pik4d, you agree to first contact pik4d's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. pik4d will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent pik4d from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
